20 Easy Ways to Lose Weight


1. Take it one step at a timeStart by paying attention to what you eat. Cut back on fat and sweets and add more fruit and vegetables. After you have that under control, add exercise. If you hate to exercise try it for only 15 minutes a day at first, then a 1/2-hour. Keep in mind that while you are exercising you are burning calories and not eating. Also, it will be easier if you chose an activity that you enjoy.

2. Find a friendIt is always good to have support when you are trying to lose weight. Find a friend who wants to lose weight and compare notes, weigh-in together and maybe even have a contest.

3. Use weightsWorking out weights will build muscle and raise your metabolism so you will burn more calories. Also, muscle takes up less space than fat so you will be smaller ( but probably weigh more).

4. Eat fewer carbsDon't eat as much bread and pasta and you will see a difference.

5. Set a goalSet a deadline to lose the weight and write it down. For example, ' By Dec 14/04 I will weigh 150 lbs or less'. Put it somewhere you will see it daily.

6. Give up sodaIf you drink a soda or 2 a day you are adding empty calories. If you find it hard to stopcompletely, cut back at first and drink water instead.

7. Grill or boilAvoid fried meat, grill and use lots of spices. You will get used to it and probably enjoy it more.

usually all people who think themselves as fat peopl wanted to lose weight, so what they normally do is trying to cut down their food intake. but guess what they never lose so much , you know why ? they can not control their mind, they might be serious about cutting down on food may be about one month, some seriosu about six month, but in the end they give , beacsue people ususally do not try stretch out their comfort zone. usually like to stay in confort zone.what if you dun keep on pushing your self from confort zone, I can gurantee that with the right strategy you can redcue you weight within a short u expect...so very good strastegy i have is put yourself stay forever in the place where out of your confort zone. putting yourself out of confort zone means that you have to make yourself until there is no way turning back to that confort zone. If you have no place to step back, what you will do is you will definitely stay out of your confort zone and do you best to reduce weight all the while that will result faster than what you expect..So here is the idea and how you do it. So start putting yourself out of confort zone permanently by throwing away all the clothes you wearing right now which are all big size you dun to be that body size, just leave 4 set of clothes for today size.. what i say 4 set.. it is becasue it make you focus all the way to keep on losing your weight as you have to wash frequently to rotate and wear for 7 days a week. And buy the smaller size clothes that the size you wnat to be in.. so that you would be seeing yourself in that clothes everyday as you trying to find what to wear since you only have 4 sets to wear and rotate for a week.So do it now, it will definitely put you out of confort zone and do whatever it takes to get the body size you want as you have no choice since you already bought alot of new clothes with smaller size....

Most of the people like to eat alot and their weight increae as well.But by the time they notice that they need to cut down their weight due to some circumstance make the lose weight..Seem like to late to reduce back what you accumulate weight for years of eating.. when people do is they sad about it and try eat more and become more weight, but for some try to reduce intake of food, yeah it help but not so much, because they gonna give up after a while as these reduce eating does not have so much impact on their weight.. It is beacause of the mind what control them what to do..Some take pill to reduce weight, I think it is not a good idea as it is not natural way. The best is to do exercise with nonstop commitment and to burn all the fat in your body and reduce eating with carful choosing of meal which won't create much fat in the body. We eat food for not to hungry and it is not to gain weight. So even if you eat vegetable everyday , You still can live, so why not chose the type of food that won't creat much fat in the body before you eat..and do exercise regulaly to burn the fat in the body. You will get when you start, onec you have this momentum, you will get use to the exercise. For those fat people, you have more chance to have more beautiful body thank those skinny, becasue skinny people still need to gain before they build the beautiful body they want.. It all can be done exercise under personal trainer instruction.. why you need personal tranier.. some say i wont need to pay personal trainer and I can do it by myself but the question is how long can keep your mind motivated to do it.. What trainer can do is they schedule , make you happen what you want to be, as they get paid for that it is their job to keep doing exercise with different strategies to reach your goal and so as their reputation as tranier..But before I have one good Idea that really make you lose weight, that I will tell you in next page see you again
